During this 90 minute practice, Sister Mediums will begin with a ceremonial smudge and grounding ritual. Vince will then guide you through a journey of combined systematic breathing techniques to guided music, while supporting your physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
Breath work is a very personal and powerful practice that allows you to push past your own limitations and bring awareness and connection bridging the mind, body, spirit and soul.
This safe and proven practice has helped many discover a deeper sense of purpose and awareness.
Vince has been leading elemental breathwork classes since 2020. He himself turned to breathwork as a healing modality and found inner peace, a deeper understanding of himself and overall wellbeing. His unique approach to merging music, sound, breath patterns and meditation are like no other and make him a gentle yet powerful guide to each person’s individual experience.
