Still Here. Still Believing in Breathwork.

I’ve been facilitating breathwork since before the pandemic.

After years of helping people

(including plenty of sceptics)

I still wish more would give it a chance.

I understand the hesitation. You already breathe all day. Why would you need someone to guide you?

Add unfamiliar language and videos of people crying, and I get why you might scroll past.

You don’t have to arrive convinced. Curiosity is enough to start.

Breathwork means intentionally paying attention to how you breathe, using guided breathing patterns.

In my sessions, I bring together clear instructions, music, and sometimes sound (including my didgeridoo) to give you space to slow down and notice yourself.

We discuss what to expect before we begin.

You can ask questions, adjust, or stop.

You don’t need to be spiritual, know how to meditate, or produce some dramatic breakthrough.

Some experiences are emotional. Others are quiet. There’s no reaction you need to have to prove you did it properly.

We spend so much time handling work, kids, bills, and relationships that checking in with ourselves gets pushed aside. I know that rhythm too.

Being a facilitator doesn’t mean I have life figured out.

Through LYJ5D, I want to make that space approachable.

Helping people discover value in something they nearly talked themselves out of trying is a big reason I keep showing up.

If you’ve been watching from the sidelines, you’re welcome to ask questions. If you’ve joined me before, I’d love to welcome you back.

You don’t need to have it all figured out before you make time for yourself.

Explore upcoming sessions or reach out to me directly.
