Taking a Breath and Giving Thanks
This Thanksgiving, I want to take a moment to say thank you.
To everyone who has attended a class, booked a private session, brought someone along, or shared my work with a friend I thank you for giving me the opportunity to facilitate for you.
I know that trying something unfamiliar takes trust. Especially when it means walking into a room, slowing down, and giving yourself permission to experience something you might not fully understand yet.
That trust means a lot to me. Whether we’ve breathed together once or you’ve returned many times, I appreciate being part of your journey.
The Things I’m Grateful For
Beyond the work I do, I’m grateful for my kids. For time with my family and the people I love. For my health, good food, and the opportunity to sit around a table together.
Some of the moments I appreciate most are simple: a conversation, a hug, a laugh with my kids, or a meal shared with someone I care about.
It’s easy to move through those moments while thinking about everything else we need to do. I do it too. There’s work, responsibilities, and always something that needs our attention.
This weekend is a reminder for me to slow down enough to enjoy what’s right in front of me.
Life doesn’t have to be completely sorted out for there to be something worth appreciating. I can be working through challenges and still feel grateful for the love, support, and good moments in my life.
Making Room to Pause
That’s part of why breathwork matters to me personally.
It gives me time to put down my phone, step away from the demands of the day, and pay attention to myself.
If you’re new to breathwork, it’s a practice where I guide you through intentional breathing patterns. In a session, we make time to notice your breath, how your body feels, and what comes up when you slow down and give yourself some attention.
You don’t need to know all the terminology to ask about it. You can start with curiosity, and we can talk about what a session involves and whether it’s a good fit for you.
But today, you don’t have to book anything or add another task to your list.
Maybe you simply put your phone down during a meal. Tell someone you appreciate them. Stay a little longer in a hug. Give yourself a quiet moment before moving on to the next thing.
I want to make more room for those moments too.
Thank You for Being Here
Live Your Journey 5D is work I care deeply about, and I’m grateful to everyone who has given me an opportunity to share it.
If you’ve attended a session, followed along, read an email, or encouraged me along the way, thank you.
And if we haven’t met yet, you’re welcome to reach out.
I facilitate private sessions, sessions for couples or small groups, and a monthly public group class at Sister Mediums.
If you’re curious, send me a message through the website and we can start with a conversation.
For today, I’m wishing you good food, meaningful connection, and a moment to appreciate something good in your own life.
Happy Thanksgiving.
