Why I’m Wearing a Blazer for 30 Days Straight

If you’ve seen me around town or online lately, you’ve probably noticed something different: I’m wearing a blazer. Every. Single. Day.

Not because I’m trying to level up my fashion game (though I won’t lie, I do look good in it 😏)…

But because I’m joining 65 incredible individuals in something much bigger than myself.

We’re part of the Blazer Campaign—a fundraising movement through the Spark Charity Foundation to raise $1 million dollars for the Ronald McDonald House.

For 30 days, we wear the blazer.

To meetings. To the gym. To grocery runs.

We wear it to spark conversations—and more importantly, to spark change.

Why It Matters

Ronald McDonald House supports families with seriously ill children by keeping them together and close to the care they need. As a father, this mission hits home for me. I can’t imagine navigating hospital stays or health challenges without the comfort of having your loved ones nearby.

This campaign is about impact.

It’s about showing up, not just for style—but for service.

Where Breathwork Meets Purpose

You might ask, “What does this have to do with LYJ5D?”

Everything.

Breathwork is about presence, connection, and service—and this campaign reflects all three.

Every day I put on the blazer, I’m reminded that transformation doesn’t just happen on the mat or in a class.

It happens in how we give.

How we show up for others.

How we take our breath, our platform, our journey—and make it about something more.

Join Me in Making a Difference

This campaign isn’t just about wearing a blazer—it’s about wearing your heart on your sleeve.

If you’d like to support, I’m humbly asking you to donate. Every dollar matters. Every share helps. Every moment of awareness brings us closer to the goal.

Let’s do something powerful together.

Let’s breathe life into a cause that truly matters.

Let’s raise the bar… and a million dollars while we’re at it.

February 1st ….. A Quiet Reset
