Your Year Doesn’t Start Until You Say It Does

Let’s be real the gym was packed last week. People everywhere were sprinting out of the gates on January 1st trying to prove something to themselves… but how many of them are already burning out?

Here’s the truth:

Your year doesn’t officially start until you decide to show up. Not when the calendar flips. Not when everyone else is “doing the thing.” When you’re ready to actually commit to yourself that’s your real New Year.

For me?

Today is my New Year’s Day.

Not January 1st. Not some forced Monday hustle post. But right now because I’ve realigned with what I want and who I’m becoming.

Here’s your reminder:

You don’t have to be on fire every day. You just have to keep the pilot light lit.

That little flame inside you that’s your breath.

That’s your power.

And whether you’ve started this year strong or you’re still shaking off the cobwebs of 2025, I’ve got space for you.

This is why I keep doing the work.

Why I keep hosting monthly breathwork sessions.

Why I keep sharing parts of my journey …… so you know that it’s okay to start over. It’s okay to start late. It’s okay to just start.

We don’t need perfection.

We need presence.

So if you’re reading this?

Maybe today is your real New Year’s too.

Let’s breathe life into this year together.
