More People Need This

May 3, 2026

This past week reminded me why I started LYJ5D in the first place.

Not because Breathwork is trendy.

Not because it looks good on social media.

But because people are exhausted.

Mentally.

Emotionally.

Physically.

Spiritually.

We live in a world where most people never truly stop.

Notifications.

Stress.

Pressure.

Noise

Expectations.

Overthinking.

People are constantly “on,” and eventually the nervous system starts paying the price.

This week, we gathered in a beautiful studio with music, breath, stillness, emotion, movement, laughter, and release.

For a couple of hours:

phones disappeared,

walls came down,

and people finally exhaled.

Some people cried.

Some people laughed.

Some people released anger, tension, grief, anxiety, stress, or emotions they didn’t even realize they were carrying.

And that’s the powerful thing about Breathwork:

It gives people permission to feel again.

Not perform.

Not pretend.

Not numb out.

Not scroll endlessly trying to escape themselves.

Just breathe.

My classes aren’t your typical soft “wellness” experience either.

We breathe hard.

We move energy.

We scream.

We swear.

We release.

This is real nervous system work for real life.

And the truth is:

more people need this.

Not because they’re broken.

But because modern life has disconnected so many people from themselves.

If you’ve been curious about Breathwork lately, maybe this is your sign.

Whether it’s:

  • a public class

  • a private session

  • a couples experience

  • a corporate event

  • or your very first time

I promise you this:

You’ll leave different than you came in.

Vince

Nature Doesn’t Care About Your Notifications

This past week I went camping. No fancy resort. No agenda. No deadlines. Just fresh air, campfires, fishing, hiking, good conversation, and the kind of peace that only seems to exist when you’re surro

The Medicine Isn’t Always What You Think

For months, most of Ontario has been stuck inside. Cold weather. Grey skies. Short days. And whether we realize it or not, it affects us. Then suddenly the sun comes out. The trails fill up. The patio
