Have you ever felt like you’re not good enough to be where you are?
Like you’ve somehow tricked people into thinking you’re more talented or capable than you truly are?
That feeling has a name…..Impostor Syndrom
It’s something most of us experience at some point in our journey.
But here’s the plot twist: it’s not your enemy. It’s actually your gift.
Impostor syndrome shows up most when you’re pushing boundaries, stepping into new rooms, or leveling up in your life or career. It’s a sign that you’re not playing it safe anymore. You’re growing. You’re doing things that the old version of you never thought possible.
That feeling of “I don’t belong here” is just fear dressed up in a suit. But if you sit with it long enough, it becomes your coach. It keeps you sharp. It reminds you to stay humble. It challenges you to keep learning, keep preparing, and most importantly…keep showing up.
I’ve felt it stepping into rooms I dreamed of being in. I’ve felt it before leading breathwork sessions for large groups. I’ve felt it even posting vulnerable stories on social media. But every single time, when I pushed through, something magical happened.
So if you’re feeling like an impostor, don’t shrink.
Let it fuel you.
Let it remind you that you’re in the exact place you’re meant to be.
The truth is, impostors don’t care enough to feel like impostors.
You do.
And that’s your superpower.
