Too Old for This Sh*t? Never.

This past weekend, I stood in a sea of lights, sound, and wild expression. A music festival—packed with 20-somethings, energy drinks, glitter, and endless bass.

And I didn’t feel “too old” at all.

I felt alive.

We’ve been sold a lie:

That after a certain age, we need to “grow up.”

That dancing all night, chasing sunsets, or getting emotional over music isn’t for us anymore.

But here’s the truth: Age doesn’t define your freedom. Your mindset does.

Breathwork taught me this.

Every time I drop into my breath, I reconnect with the version of me that remembers joy, passion, and presence.

Not the version society expects, but the one that lives.

So no—you’re not too old to dance.

You’re not too old to go to festivals.

You’re not too old to start over, to laugh till you cry, or to take a deep breath and say:

“F*ck it, this is my life.”

You’re only too old if you’ve forgotten how to feel.

Breathwork brings you back to that.

This isn’t about music. It’s about liberation.

And no matter what your birth certificate says, that kind of freedom?

It’s ageless.

So if you’ve been waiting for permission—

Here it is.

Breathe in.

Come back to life.

Live your damn journey.

🖤
